Orders are processed and shipped on the next business day following the order date. For orders placed on weekends, specifically Saturdays, they will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Can I return or exchange my products?

We have a 15-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. For exchanges, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Are there any customs duties or taxes for international orders?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs or import charges upon delivery.
